PHYS 2320 Summer - Fully online

Prereq: Credit in: Phys 221 or Phys 2310 or Phys 2410, Math 1660
In the summer, the class is a compressed version (8 weeks) of the regular Fall and Spring offer. The high-quality material is tailored to provide the appropriate content and level that you will need for more advanced Science and Engineering classes at Iowa State University.
This course is completely online and specifically designed for flexibility around students' schedules. There are no required synchronous components. Exams are on Canvas and open for several days. The opportunities to interact with real instructors (recitations, help hours, office hours) are distributed throughout the day and all sessions are open to all students. The course can be taken from abroad.

- LR, LC, LCR circuits
- AC circuits
Lectures: Interactive 10-15 minute videos through Canvas.
Homework: MasteringPhysics (online)
Interaction with instructors: on Webex (recitations, help sessions, office hours)
Exams: Four exams administered through Canvas.
