Course Description
One semester course in Symmetry and Group Theory. Aimed at graduate students with the necessary physics and mathematical background. Previous or current enrollment in PHYS 4810 (Quantum Mechanics II) is necessary for success in this course. Typically offered in the Spring semester.

- Theory of groups and group representations
- introduction to both point and continuous groups and their applications in physics
