Course description
Emphasis on learning the important concepts and laws of physics and on using them to solve problems. Students completing the course will:
- Improve their scientific and technological literacy, and gain an appreciation of how big a role physics plays in daily life
- Obtain a general understanding of fundamental concepts in physics, and to apply these concepts qualitatively as well as quantitatively
Course is offered only in the Spring semester. Other courses to consider if needed:
