Title: Ames Climate Action Plan Update

Abstract: The Ames Climate Action Plan was adopted by the City Council last June. On January 9 the city staff presented a report of progress in the last six months. What’s in the plan? What is the city doing? What else needs to happen to move Ames towards achieving the goals set by Council in December 2021? Along with this local focus, I will review the global status of climate change through 2023.
