General introduction to the course

In this course, students will:

• Apply the theoretical concepts learned in PHYS 132 in an experimental setup.
• Learn how to set up an experiment and collect data.
• Learn the basic tools of data analysis.
• Learn to draw scientifically sound conclusions based on data.
