Dr. Ruiz Martinez received her PhD from the University of Valencia in 2009. Her research is in experimental high energy particle physics, working on the ATLAS experiment at CERN. As a postdoc, she was the lead analyst in the measurement of the D* production in jets at 7 TeV, Phys. Rev. D 85 (2012) 052005. She has been convener of the ATLAS SM Jet Physics subgroup (April - September 2012) and the ATLAS SM Jet and Photon Physics subgroup (October 2012 - March 2013). She is currently ATLAS contact of the Jets subgroup in the LHC Physics Centre at CERN (LPCC) and the analysis contact of a semileptonic WW/WZ resonance search at 8 TeV.
